DEPS.Windows and BUILD.Windows (on Windows).Instructions on how to compile GPlates from source may be found in the following files ( in the source code): The source code is available in gplates_2.3.0_src.zip (for Windows) and gplates_2.3.0_2 (for Linux and macOS).
